Job Summary
Senior Accountant role in P3's Poland team focusing on end-to-end accounting processes: collection and processing of accounting documents, bookkeeping, VAT/CIT returns, monthly/ quarterly closings, tax interactions, ERP (Yardi) usage, and ad-hoc finance projects. Requires university degree in finance/accounting, 5+ years of accounting experience with local GAAP (UOR) and VAT, ERP familiarity (Yardi), strong Excel, Polish and English proficiency, and exposure to real estate sector preferred. Hybrid working policy offered.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification in finance and accounting
- Min. 5 years of experience in accounting including knowledge of local GAAP (UOR) and VAT regulations and income Tax
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Yardi)
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Language skills: Polish fluent & English (very good knowledge)
- Experience with database tools, such as Power BI or Tableau would be advantage
- Experience in real estate sector would be advantage
