Job Summary
Oversee all US financial operations and controls, preparing monthly GAAP-aligned management accounts and owning P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting. Ensure general ledger integrity, coordinate US tax compliance including sales tax filings, and liaise with CPAs and auditors. Develop annual budgets, monitor performance variances, and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows to improve reporting efficiency. This remote Senior Accountant role supports US entities within a rapidly growing BPO, working closely with industry leaders to scale finance functions.
Required Qualifications
- Min 4.5 years Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant supporting US entities
- Exposure to US sales tax (multi-state preferred)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience managing QuickBooks-based finance functions
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
