Job Summary
Senior Accountant role focused on ensuring accuracy and integrity of manufacturing financial records. Responsibilities include maintaining strong financial controls with cash management, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR processing; preparing and analyzing monthly statements, budgets, and variance reports; contributing to annual audits and tax processes; managing fixed asset records and depreciation; collaborating with the Controller to interpret and communicate financial results; and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Accounting knowledge in GAAP and cost accounting, with experience in manufacturing settings, is essential; CPA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting (CPA preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting principles, and accounting software (CMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
