Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for owning the monthly close across multiple entities and locations, preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, and supporting intercompany accounting. Contributes to development of location-level P&Ls and allocation methodologies, participates in acquisition integrations and process improvements, and collaborates with leadership to build scalable accounting infrastructure. Will assist with audits and financial reporting initiatives, and work cross-functionally in a fast-growing, evolving environment. Requires strong month-end close experience, multi-entity experience preferred, ERP aptitude (Sage Intacct/NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills; values a self-starter, proactive, ownership-driven, team-oriented mindset, with flexibility for hybrid in-office work.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of accounting experience
- Strong month-end close experience
- Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Public accounting experience is helpful but not required
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus, not required
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite
- Strong Excel and systems aptitude
- Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and follow-through
- Ability to adapt quickly and operate with urgency
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
