Prepare and analyze financial reports, perform month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and IFRS standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounting operations and finance transformation initiatives. Maintain adherence to local regulatory requirements and company policies while driving continuous improvement in financial reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and statutory compliance

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
