Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, accounts payable, and month-end close within a fast-growing manufacturing/hardware environment. Will own payroll disbursements using Rippling, manage AP invoices and vendor relationships, perform journal entries and GL maintenance in NetSuite, and collaborate cross-functionally with HR and operations to strengthen accounting processes. Requires experience with NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp (or similar platforms); familiarity with inventory accounting, 3-Way match, and COGS; and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA is a nice-to-have. The role emphasizes proactive process improvement, clear cross-team communication, and ownership during organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with full-cycle payroll, AP, and general ledger in a fast-paced/startup environment
- Working knowledge of NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp or similar platforms
- Experience in manufacturing or hardware with inventory accounting, 3-Way match, or COGS
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to organizational change
- Knowledge of California wage & hour regulations and payroll compliance
- Experience with ERP/payroll systems (e.g., Rippling, ADP)
