Job Summary
Compile and analyze financial information for assigned development and construction projects, preparing journal entries and resolving accounting discrepancies. Monitor control procedures, prepare monthly financial statement packages, and generate project cash flow projections. Partner with development and construction staff to provide accurate financial reporting to owners and lenders, ensuring proper recording of revenue and expenses. Complete bank reconciliations, compile data for external audits, and implement solutions to optimize resource use. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in mixed-use real estate accounting.
