Job Summary
Manage assigned accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records while monitoring general ledger activity to ensure data integrity. Prepare and review internal and external financial reports, serving as a trusted advisor to departmental leaders by responding to inquiries with timely, insightful analysis. Support leadership with special projects, strategic initiatives, and financial analyses, while coordinating finance-related projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor Finance team members to drive organizational goals. This role offers high visibility with direct interaction with executive leadership and the opportunity to influence business decisions through robust financial analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration with an Accounting major, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Healthcare accounting experience
