Senior Accountant

Conduct daily cash reporting, post receipts from ACH, cash, and credit cards, and reconcile all cash, investment, and payroll accounts. Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and grant billing while forwarding reports to funding boards. Assist in verifying accounts payable invoices, updating budgets, and calculating staff productivity bonuses. Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and payroll data, ensuring accurate internal and external reporting. Complete required annual training and adhere to organizational policies. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with three to five years of experience is required; CPA or MBA preferred.
