Job Summary
Manage accounts receivable, account payable, and expense reconciliations using QuickBooks Online. Handle payroll and time card management via ADP. Perform all duties in the office. Work Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM. Competitive pay DOE, health benefits, 401-K with employer matching, paid vacation, PTO, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of QBO experience
- Accounts receivable on QBO
- Account payable on QBO
- Bank, credit card and expense reconciliations on QBO
- Payroll and time card management using ADP
- Perform all duties in the office
- Work day: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
