Senior Accountant

Oversee accounting operations for Mayfield Clinic, Inc. and affiliated entities by preparing monthly reconciliations for cash, patient income, refunds, and balance sheets including accounts receivable, payable, fixed assets, and notes payable. Execute quarterly compensation calculations, year-end closing tasks, and annual forecast and operating budget preparations. Review and approve payables, maintain fixed asset accounting sub-ledgers, and assist with tax return schedules and external auditor information requirements. Perform special financial projects and statistical analyses as needed while reviewing daily online banking activity.
