Senior Accountant

Job Summary
Provide accounting support for regional operations, including heavy involvement in the month-end close process and preparation of monthly accruals across multiple plant operations. Work with plant personnel to ensure transactions are properly recorded and prepare timely management reporting. Reconcile balance accounts and perform standard and ad-hoc analysis while evaluating procedures to improve efficiency. Support internal and external audit requests and monitor compliance with policies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with at least five years of relevant experience, including three years with a CPA or Master's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and JD Edwards is required, with GAAP knowledge essential. Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 year of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- CPA
- Masters degree
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
