Job Summary
Senior Accountant to manage client portfolios for an outsourced CFO and bookkeeping firm, oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations), prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, lead and mentor a team (in-office and offshore), and coordinate with auditors and tax professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and high-quality client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including supervisory exposure
- Proficiency with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong communication skills, able to explain financial concepts clearly
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and highly organized
