Job Summary
Lead independent bookkeeping for your portfolio of companies, including reconciliations, provisions, and intercompany adjustments. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for audit readiness and support group consolidation reports. Integrate newly acquired businesses by reviewing opening balance sheets, mapping account structures, and resolving legacy liabilities. Review junior accountant work professionally and serve as the primary contact for management on accounting inquiries. Prepare data exports for consolidated reporting in LucaNet. Requires German C1 proficiency and at least four years of experience with German commercial law (HGB).
Required Qualifications
- Bilanzbuchhalter/-in (IHK)
- Steuerfachangestellte/-r mit Weiterbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung in der deutschen Buchführung und Abschlusserstellung
- Sicheres Beherrschen des HGB (auch bei Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Intercompany-Sachverhalten)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
