Job Summary
Conduct financial reporting and technical accounting support for M&A activities, including equity accounting, contract review, and SEC reporting. Leverage a strong audit foundation to manage complex global accounting tasks within a close-knit team environment. Collaborate remotely four days per week with one in-office day, working under mentorship to develop expertise in technical accounting areas. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 2-8 years of public or corporate accounting experience seeking a growth track to a Manager level within a few years.
Required Qualifications
- BS, Accounting
- 2-8 years public accounting / corporate accounting or audit experience
- strong audit experience
- strong GAAP understanding
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or CPA in progress a plus
- desire to grow with team, with a growth track to Manager in mind
- desire to learn technical accounting areas if necessary
- prior experience supporting a merger or acquisition is a plus
- prior experience in a complex global company is a plus
- SOX controls experience a plus
- excellent systems skills
- positive attitude, eager to learn and develop
