Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements, while managing the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights to management and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Supervise junior accounting staff, offering training and guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA designation and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
