Senior Accountant-Lifestyle – UK Shift (Remote)

Job Summary
Lead and support the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and record revenue-related journal entries based on detailed analysis of underlying transactions and supporting data. Reconcile sub-ledger activity to general ledger balances and investigate and resolve variances. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analyze income statement and budget-to-actual variances. Partner with internal and external auditors to support audits and ensure compliance with public company reporting requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Financial Operations, Internal Audit, and Legal to support financial reporting and operational initiatives. Drive change and contribute to automation initiatives of manual processes to produce consistent, timely and accurate invoices and reporting. This role requires the ability to work the UK Shift M-F 9am-5:30pm and later hours during the month-end close period.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting or billing operations experience
- Public accounting and/or U.S. technical accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting processes
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to work the UK Shift M-F 9am-5:30pm and later hours during the month-end close period
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud and CRM platforms such as Salesforce a plus
