Job Summary
Lead month-end close for assigned entities by reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and preparing entity-wide packages for management. Record and reconcile AR and revenue postings, perform trending analysis, and review prepaid/amortization schedules and complex intercompany reconciliations. Execute detailed payroll reviews for withholdings and department coding, coordinate audit requests, and ensure GAAP compliance. Mentor staff accountants, partner with billing and operations, and recommend process improvements while creating ROU schedules under ASC 842.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel
- NetSuite or comparable ERP
- Ability to create ROU schedules
- Familiar with lease accounting under ASC 842
Desired Qualifications
- CPA preferred
