Job Summary
Senior Accountant role focusing on LEAN Accounting initiatives, internal controls, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with GAAP compliance and audit support. Responsibilities include developing and presenting reconciliations, leveraging modern analytics tools and Azure Enterprise Data Warehouse for data-driven insights, automating manual processes, and assisting with annual operating plan budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Opportunities for advancement into FP&A, Business Analytics, and Accounting management tracks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- ERP experience preferred
- Understanding of GAAP principles
- Effective communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and excellent organizational skills
