Senior Accountant - Intercompany

Job Summary
Role executes intercompany processes, including intercompany settlement, global reconciliation, and monthly reporting; performs transfer pricing and service fee accounting; collaborates with Tax, Treasury, and Controllership to influence settlement methods and hold teams accountable; maintains SLAs and performance targets, partners with regional teams and financial systems for local requirements, and drives automation and efficiency improvements; provides guidance to regions and business units; performs/reviews account reconciliations; supports SOX control compliance; other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CA, preferred
- MBA, preferred
- Excellent technical knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in intercompany processing and accounting preferred
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and business acumen
