Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant role focused on ASC 606 revenue recognition for long-term contracts, POC/WIP accounting, and audit readiness. Key responsibilities include leading month-end and quarter-end close with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations; preparing consolidated financial statements; developing and maintaining accounting policies and internal controls; partnering with project managers to validate forecasts, budgets, and change orders; supporting external auditors with audit schedules and technical memos; conducting financial reporting, KPI tracking, and investor/lender reporting; identifying process improvements and automation opportunities; mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
