Senior Accountant II

Oversee the monthly close process for supply chain, including preparing accrual files, recording journal entries, and completing reconciliations against partner reports, suppliers, and distributors. Manage monthly and quarterly billing for assigned customers and partners, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve unreconciled items and revenue leakage issues in a timely manner. Lead monthly P&L review meetings and support the annual audit by preparing schedules and documentation. Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across billing, collections, and reporting to ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with ASC 606. This role is part of a growing organization with a complex supply chain operation, partnering closely with supply chain, finance, and collections teams to tighten processes and keep financial reporting accurate.
