Senior Accountant I

Own the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing in accordance with contractual agreements. Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and invoices, investigate unapplied cash, short payments, chargebacks, and billing discrepancies, and perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations. Prepare recurring reports on collections, AR aging, and billing performance, and partner with stakeholders to resolve payment issues while supporting month-end and year-end close for AR and revenue. This role manages complex account and bank reconciliations, including work involving rebates or royalties, ensuring accuracy across high-volume transactions in a growing organization operating in Atlanta, GA.
