Senior Accountant - Hybrid

Senior Accountant role overseeing monthly close, financial statement consolidation, internal controls, and support for internal/external reporting and audits. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, schedules for management and SEC filings, journal entries, GL maintenance, cost accounting, acquisitions integration, variance analysis, and assisting with external audits. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a CPA licensure (or in process) preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site training in Ladera Ranch, CA and on-site Tue/Wed/Thu during training followed by a split schedule for on-site and WFH. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience are required; being familiar with REIT environments is a plus.
