Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for leading the month-end close for multiple lines of business, ensuring GAAP-compliant revenue recognition, preparing and analyzing financial statements and metrics, presenting analysis to leadership, reviewing insurance data and contracts, reconciling general ledger accounts, supporting consolidated reporting, and driving process improvements and internal controls within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- CPA certification is a plus
