Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for month-end close, intercompany accounting, leases, financial reporting, and fixed assets; manage taxes (corporate income tax, indirect taxes, and business licenses); support Accounts Payable month-end tasks; prepare and review closing journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations; assist with annual audits and liaise with external auditors; ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies; participate in problem resolution and special projects; cross-functional collaboration within a growing luxury beauty brand and exposure to Unilever Prestige portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls frameworks
- Audit or Big4 experience a strong plus
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative, detail oriented and resourceful
- Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
