Job Summary
Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee the reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure data accuracy. Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q reports, and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff while developing and implementing accounting policies and internal controls. This role reports to the Accounting Manager in a hybrid position at our Lehi, UT HQ. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a CPA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- CPA or progress towards CPA preferred
