Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant responsible for preparing, reviewing and submitting accounts and tax returns for a portfolio of clients including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies; provide training, mentorship and technical guidance to the accounting team; review work for accuracy; lead and role-model company values; communicate with clients via multiple channels; onboard new clients and manage bookkeeping, compliance, and potential advisory services (cashflow, budgets, pricing); manage year-end meetings, client fee reviews, and HMRC/Companies House statutory information; utilize Xero, QuickBooks, Dext and FreeAgent; ensure CPD and professional development; collaborate with HMRC and client administration to maintain accurate records; adhere to professional standards and contribute to a high-performing pod team.
