Job Summary
Senior Accountant based in Bangalore, responsible for the Accounts Payable lifecycle, daily cash operations, and month-end close support. Works with local Indian filings (GST, TDS) and annual statutory audit, manages balance sheet reconciliations, vendor invoice processing and accruals, expense report audits, and ad-hoc accounting projects. Requires NetSuite experience; Ramp/Zip is a plus. Reports to the Accounting Manager and collaborates with finance and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com)
- Semi-qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or ICWA is a strong plus
- 4-6 years of accounting/general ledger experience (India)
- Experience with NetSuite is required
- Ramp/Zip experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work extended hours during month-end/quarter-end/year-end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Proactive, analytical mindset
- Hybrid role with 3 days on-site in Bangalore
