Senior Accountant

Own core accounting processes across Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Cost of Services, Provider Payouts, Intercompany, and Treasury, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP. Drive the month-end close through journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses while assessing new partnerships under ASC 606 revenue recognition principles. Support external financial audits and tax compliance by preparing workpapers and serving as the key point of contact for auditors. Architect and implement AI-driven efficiencies across workflows to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls. This role reports to the Head of Accounting and offers the opportunity to own and scale key workstreams within a three-sided marketplace serving therapists, payors, and patients.
