Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for Revenue reconciliation, accounts receivable processing, COD account management, open invoice follow-up, credit notes/invoices clearance, unapplied payments handling, and R2R execution. Oversees general ledger closings, journal entries, and periodic reporting for GL, FA, INV, and intercompany transactions. Ensures data integrity, timely financial information, and adherence to SLAs, with collaboration across Global Business Services and internal/external audit support. Requires proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite desirable); strong analytical, process-improvement mindset, and English language capability.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment or in an accounting/audit firm is a plus
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years in related roles, preferably in accounting firms or GBS environments
- Experience working with local clients and suppliers is preferred
- Languages: English B2 conversational level, depending on country requirements
