Senior Accountant, Fund Finance

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for multiple private equity funds, including monthly/quarterly/yearly closings, consolidations, and preparation of all required financial reports. Calculate management fees, performance fees, and carried interests while reviewing vendor invoices and payments. Support capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and fund transfers, ensuring accurate net asset value and capital account statements. Conduct statutory audits and assist with system migrations from SAP to Yardi, including requirements gathering, user testing, and go-live readiness. Liaise with legal, compliance, and external advisors to support financial due diligence, deal structuring, and investor relations requests. Map finance processes to identify bottlenecks, standardize SOPs, and drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve data governance.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in private equity fund accounting
- Experience in logistic real estate
- Experience in data centre
- Experience in infrastructure
- Experience in one of the Big Four audit firms
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Strong understanding of SFRS(I)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work with third-party fund administrators
- Demonstrated ability to work with fund accountants
