Job Summary
Senior financial account manager handling statutory bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance for Dutch and international clients; involvement in audits, transactions, setup and restructuring, and client acceptance for new engagements while collaborating with a legal account manager. Requires understanding of clients’ businesses, an international and hands-on approach, and fluency in English and Dutch.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience in financial services or financial sector (preferably with a trust office)
- Knowledge of IFRS is an asset
- Excellent command of English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in international environment and manage statutory bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance
- Ability to assist in audits and handle transactions, changes, setups, and restructurings
- Client-facing and onboarding experience, including client acceptance and transaction monitoring
- Strong organizational, international mindset, hands-on approach, and reliability
- Willingness to work in Amsterdam office at least 3 days/week with 1-2 days remote
