Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing technical accounting, month-end close, external reporting, and compensation calculations linked to the equity program. Focus areas include ensuring US GAAP compliance, ASC606 revenue recognition, and collaboration with the Finance and People teams. The role supports planning for period-end closings, coordinates with external auditors, and contributes to process improvements to standardize financial statement preparation and reporting. Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate with senior leadership are required; CPA or active certification is preferred. Based in Toronto, ON.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- CPA or enrollment in related certification programs
