Job Summary
Lead the accounting function for Eldrive in Lithuania, owning full-cycle accounting in line with local standards and tax regulations. Responsibilities include accounting entries, reconciliations, monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting, month-end and year-end closes, statutory and regulatory reporting, cash flow management, banking operations, coordinating external audits, ensuring internal controls, and driving process improvements. Collaborates with internal and international stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial information and support strategic decision-making in a fast-growing international e-mobility company.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant position
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong digital literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a strong advantage
- Experience preparing statutory financial statements and managing audits
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
