Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and management and statutory reports for the listed Group and its subsidiaries, focusing on Group Operations Trust. Responsibilities include delivering monthly stand-alone and consolidated results with analysis, preparing half year and annual statutory financial statements, managing audits, timely reconciliations, driving process improvements (including automation), supporting the Group Finance team with technical accounting analyses and implementations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires CA/CPA qualifications, 3-5 years’ accounting experience, and preferred exposure to funds management and/or property; familiarity with Yardi, TM1, and Workiva is advantageous. Required Qualifications
