Senior Accountant

Develop client service plans with Partners and Managers, identify client risks with concrete advice, and deliver input for internal and external client reporting. Serve as the primary contact within the Audit Team, managing complex year-end audit posts and determining control strategies for national and international enterprises. Mentor less experienced colleagues to maximize their performance while developing skills through the Audit Bright Development program and dedicated coaching. Leverage the broader Deloitte network for additional learning opportunities. Work in a hybrid model from our Rotterdam office, client locations across the Netherlands, or remotely, contributing to ESG initiatives. Start date available September 1, 2026, or January 1, 2027.
