Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset sub-ledger (additions/disposals and depreciation), reconciling Prepaid and Accrual accounts and debt-related schedules, preparing Sales tax and Federal Excise tax returns, analyzing monthly expense trends with variance explanations, supporting external and bank audits, and contributing to safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 4-7 years of experience (CPA certification may be required). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment; capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while upholding company values.
