Senior Accountant

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, reconciling and consolidating results across the organization while owning the general ledger, journal entries, and accruals. Review financial results to investigate variances, assist with preparing financial statements, and proactively engage with auditors to ensure on-time completion by April 30th. Act as the ERP owner managing the chart of accounts and data design, maintain strong internal controls compliant with U.S. GAAP, and partner with operational leaders to drive cost savings and working capital optimization. Serve as the Controller's primary accounting partner and backup, providing technical guidance to the Finance team while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
