Senior Accountant - Corporate Finance

Job Summary
Oversee U.S. and international tax compliance, analyze financial results, and investigate variances. Assist with consolidation of multiple entities, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounting including journal entries and complex reconciliations. Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams, communicate frequently with senior leadership, and manage Staff Accountant(s) for Latin America. Mentor other Finance Team personnel, maintain internal controls, and lead ad hoc financial analysis projects. This hybrid role requires 7-9 years of experience, proficiency in advanced Excel, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 7-9 years' experience in an accounting role
- Prior experience mentoring or supervising staff accountants or junior team members
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge of tax rules and regulations with the ability to apply these rules to transactions in a professional services firm
- Experience working within a dynamic multi-country team in a professional services firm
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional oral/written communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
- Proficient in MS Office Suites – Advanced Excel
- This role is a hybrid position
