Senior Accountant/Controller

Own full-cycle general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes while overseeing payroll for approximately 13 employees. Lead month-end and year-end close operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Prepare financial reports for leadership and meet reporting deadlines. Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability and assist with building and expanding the accounting team as the branch grows. This hands-on Controller role leads all accounting operations for a new branch in Casa Grande, AZ, within a small, growing environment.
