Job Summary
Senior Accountant role supporting UK operations within Contour Software’s Global Centre. Responsibilities include IFRS-based revenue recognition, monthly cost and accrual review, leases and IFRS 16 lease schedules, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, bank activity monitoring, fixed assets management, AR/AP reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and journals, and assisting internal/external audits. Requires professionally qualified accounting background with IFRS-15/IFRS-16 knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Excel, Dynamics GP, and Dynamics 365. Location includes collaboration with Karachi-based finance, with UK office/site responsibilities implied; the role emphasizes proactive process improvement and accurate financial reporting across entities.
Required Qualifications
- Professionally qualified accountant
- minimum 3 years of professional experience
- strong understanding of IFRS-15 and IFRS-16
- ability to manage and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Excel
