Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and vendor invoice processing while reconciling resident and vendor accounts for a designated region of communities. Prepare and review financial statements, conduct monthly financial statement review meetings with Regional Vice Presidents and the Executive Director, and file business licenses, property taxes, and sales tax. Record and track fixed assets, assist in tax return preparation, and acquire in-depth knowledge of the integrated Yardi software. Perform other accounting tasks as needed and assigned to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Associate's degree in Accounting
- minimum of 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with managing Month-end, A/R, and A/P
Desired Qualifications
- in-depth knowledge of our integrated Yardi software
- Multi-Entity Property Management Experience
