Job Summary
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, revenue recognition, and asset management. Perform and review all monthly close activities, ensuring completion within five business days following month-end. Prepare weekly cash forecasts, approve cash disbursements against supporting invoices, and coordinate monthly inventory cycle counts. Assist with annual budgeting, support audits by preparing documentation, and reconcile intercompany transactions. Partner with leadership to monitor department expenses and identify process improvements. Report directly to the Regional Controller.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and month-end reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, and Ramp is strongly preferred
