Job Summary
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, fixed assets, account reconciliations, and sales and use tax returns. Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process to ensure timely reporting, while assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements. Monitor transactions for compliance, review and resolve account discrepancies, and help develop budgets and performance forecasts. Collaborate with departments to support financial operations and stay current with accounting regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, three years of experience, and advanced Excel proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-location environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or CMA designation (or in progress)
