Job Summary
Prepare and post journal entries, perform account analysis and reconciliations including bank and inter-company balances, and analyze revenue, cost of sales, and operating expense trends. Manage fixed asset accounting, inventory variances, and payroll entries while assisting with month-end close, consolidation, and audit preparation. Review payroll processed by Human Resources and prepare profit and loss statements for branches. This role supports Amerita's growth as a leading home infusion therapy provider, reporting to the Controller in Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from accredited university
- At least three (3) years of strong experience in an accounting role
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- CPA and public accounting firm experience preferred
- Creativity and outside-the-box thinking a definite plus
