Job Summary
Independently manage operational accounting activities across Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and subledger areas, ensuring monthly reconciliations to the General Ledger and accurate accruals. Generate timely journal entries with proper documentation, monitor aged accounts payable and intercompany transactions in NetSuite and JP Morgan, and safeguard company assets through effective controls. Partner with stakeholders to investigate discrepancies, develop SOPs, create KPI dashboards, and support finance transformation initiatives. Provide annual audit support, assist with lease accounting, and manage the Divvy expense reporting system. This onsite role in Lombard, IL requires 5+ years of progressive accounting experience and proficiency in ERP systems, with a focus on broadening operational acumen for advanced leadership progression.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- ERP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
