Develop the engagement plan with Partners and Managers, identify client risks, and provide concrete advice to address them. Own the input required for internal and external client reporting while serving as the primary point of contact for the audit team. Support less experienced colleagues to maximize their performance and continuously develop skills through the Audit Bright Development program. Conduct complex year-end audits for national and international enterprises in Groningen, leveraging the Deloitte network for additional learning opportunities. Apply expertise to solve complex issues, drive team motivation, and contribute to ESG initiatives within a hybrid work model.
