Senior Accountant within MNP's Assurance & Accounting team responsible for conducting compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping and tax engagements; prepare financial statements and reports; assess and ensure audit evidence; establish charts of accounts; prepare client correspondence and presentations; mentor junior team members; participate in business development; travel as needed; requires CPA designation with 2-4 years of public accounting experience; proficient in GAAP, IFRS, SEC; on-site in Vancouver, BC.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation
- 2 to 4 years of relevant public accounting experience
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP, SEC and IFRS
- Experience with accounting and tax software
- Understanding of business, accounting, management and practice development principles
