Senior Accountant, Assurance and Accounting

Compile, review, and audit engagements while providing bookkeeping and tax services for new clients and incorporated businesses. Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, conduct inventory counts, and perform walkthrough testing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, capital assets, and payroll processes. Evaluate audit evidence for expenses, revenues, and prepaid items; review and correct discrepancies in financial records. Develop charts of accounts, prepare journal entries, and generate balance sheets, income statements, and client presentations. Mentor less experienced team members and participate in business development initiatives to identify new opportunities. Travel as required. CPA designation and 2 to 4 years of public accounting experience are required.
